You can find us at House No 711 in Niti Khand 3, which is in the Indirapuram area. We are part of the Spencer’s family but we focus specifically on the music side of things here in Ghaziabad. Our office is a bit different from a regular retail store. We spend a lot of our time on the administrative side, making sure the inventory levels are right and that all the numbers add up correctly. It’s not always about the music; there’s a lot of boring paperwork that has to be done too. But we like it. The area here in Uttar Pardesh is growing very fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we first moved in. The office atmosphere is pretty casual. We don’t wear suits or anything stiff like that. We’re just a small group of people who genuinely enjoy what we do. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and try to keep things as organized as we can. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the files and papers, but we manage to get through it. Niti Khand 3 is a nice place to be based. It’s got a good community feel to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous; we just want to do our jobs well and keep the business running. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
