M/S Renardet S.A., Switzerland

You can find us at 11/151 in Vasundhara, which is a busy part of Ghaziabad. We are tucked into a regular building in the neighborhood. Even though the name M/S Renardet S.A., Switzerland is on the door, we are very much a local operation here in U.P. The streets around here are always full of people and small shops. Our office is a simple set of rooms where we do our engineering and project work. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy. The furniture is basic and we have a lot of charts and maps pinned to the walls. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a kettle for making tea when we need a break. It’s a practical environment. We spend our days looking at drawings and writing up reports. The commute for some of us can be a bit long because of the Ghaziabad traffic, but once we are here, we just get on with it. There’s no big corporate culture here, we just talk to each other across the desks. Sometimes we go downstairs to the local stalls for a quick bite to eat. It’s an honest way to work. We don't have a lobby or a security guard at the desk. You just walk up the stairs and you’re in the office. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the projects.
