M/S Ganga Consultancy & Constructions (P) Ltd.

We are based on the second floor at C/224 in Surya Nagar. It’s in Ghaziabad, right on the border with Delhi. The office is a bit small, but it works for us. We do a mix of consulting and actual construction work. Most of our time is spent looking at drawings or visiting sites to see how things are progressing. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a building site. The space is filled with samples of materials and stacks of folders. It’s not very polished, and we don’t really care about that. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid. We talk to clients and contractors all day, trying to keep everyone on the same page. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful when materials are late or the weather isn't helping. We aren't into fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just tell people how it is and what needs to happen to get the job finished. Surya Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been at this for a while and we just keep plugging away at it. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. No big promises, just showing up and doing the job every day. Sometimes the office gets messy with all the site plans, but that is just how we work.
