You can find our MRF outlet at 81 Chaupla, J C Agencies on Ambedkar Road. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood, right where the traffic usually builds up in the evenings. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now, and it’s become a bit of a landmark for locals looking for help with their vehicles. The shop isn't very large, but we pack it full of whatever is needed. It’s usually a bit of a mess with stacks of rubber and tools, but we know where everything is. The guys working here are mostly locals who have been around cars and bikes their whole lives. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, someone comes in with a problem, and we just look at it and tell them how we can help. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Some days are incredibly hectic with people lining up outside, and other days we have time to sit on the bench and have a cup of tea. We aren't a corporate office with a dress code. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty every single day. That's just the way it goes when you're working on Ambedkar Road. We like the community here and plan to stay for a long time.
