Mpm Pvt. Limited Nagpur

Even though the name says Nagpur, we are actually located over in Ghaziabad, specifically in Indrapuram. Our office is at H.No.4 in Nitikhand III. It’s a residential-style area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and all the equipment we need to get our work done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice compared to some of the busier parts of the NCR. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. Our team at Mpm Pvt. Limited is just a few dedicated people. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be finished, and start working. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about whatever is in the news. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We handle our paperwork, talk to our suppliers, and keep our heads down. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. Being in Ghaziabad means we’re close to everything but tucked away enough to avoid the worst of the chaos. We like it this way and just plan to keep going as we are.
