Smarttech Network

You can find us over in Mohan Nagar. Smarttech Network is what we call ourselves, though most people just know us as the guys who fix the internet and wiring. We have a small shop that’s usually cluttered with cables, routers, and different tools. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time climbing up ladders or crawling under desks to get things connected. Mohan Nagar is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside. We mostly work with local businesses and people nearby who need their networks sorted out. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a regular room with some workbenches. We like it that way. It’s practical and we don’t have to worry about making a mess when we’re working on hardware. The team is just a couple of us who know our way around a server rack. We talk to our customers like normal people, not using a bunch of technical words they don't need to know. If your connection is slow or your wires are a mess, we just come over and handle it. It’s not complicated. We also keep a stock of extra parts in the back room just in case something breaks over the weekend. Sometimes the phone rings late, and if we're around, we pick up. We’ve been doing this for several years now, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood here.
