Modern Planners

We have been set up near Old Navyug Market for a while now. Indirapuram is a busy place, and there is always something being built or renovated nearby. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a place where we get the planning work done. We handle a lot of the technical drawings and site layouts that people need before they can start building. The market area is always crowded, so it can be a bit of a trek to get here sometimes, but we have been in this spot for a reason. It is right in the thick of things. We see all kinds of clients, from people building their first home to others doing small commercial shops. It is mostly about making sure the measurements are right and the plans follow what is allowed. Sometimes things get delayed with the permits, which is frustrating for everyone, but we just keep pushing through the paperwork. There are a few of us here, and we usually have tea while we go over the latest set of prints. It is steady work, nothing too flashy, just focusing on getting the layouts right so the construction can actually happen without too many mistakes. We have a few old computers and big printers that hum all day long. The office stays a bit messy with all the rolls of paper, but we know where everything is. It is just a local business trying to keep up with the growth around here.
