Meraki Tech Solutions

Meraki Tech Solutions is located in the lower ground floor of the Parsvnath Kaushambi Mall. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the shops upstairs. We’ve been at Plot No Lgf-09 for a while now, mainly doing tech support and software bits for whoever walks in. The mall itself is easy to find in Kaushambi, but finding our specific unit might take a minute if you don’t look at the directory. We’ve got a small space with a few computers set up and a lot of wires running along the walls. It’s not the most stylish office, but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone with clients who are having trouble with their setups. Sometimes the mall air conditioning is a bit too cold, so you’ll see us wearing sweaters even in the summer. We keep some extra chairs in the back for when people want to wait for their stuff. There’s no big signage outside the mall, just a small sticker on our door. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or other small businesses in the mall. We just try to help out where we can and make sure the tech is working like it should. It’s just a small team of us here. Sometimes we grab lunch at the food court, but mostly we eat at our desks while we work.
