Medical Clinic

Being here in Sector 62 is always a bit of a whirlwind with the traffic and the noise from the street. Our Medical Clinic is tucked away, and if you aren’t looking for the sign, you might walk right past it. It’s just a small place, really. We’ve got a front desk that’s usually piled high with folders and a stapler that jams more than it works. The waiting room has these blue chairs that we’ve had since we opened. They aren’t fancy, but they’re sturdy enough for most. We spend our mornings mostly checking the thermometer and making sure the fridge for the medicine is running right. It makes this low humming noise that you eventually stop noticing after an hour or two. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time when patients aren't coming in. Most people who come through the door live just a few blocks away. They tell us about their kids or how the weather is making their joints ache. It’s just a normal part of the day for us. We don’t have any big fancy machines that beep loudly, just the basics. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to write everything down on pads of paper until it comes back. It gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to get everyone seen eventually. That’s just how it is at our spot in Sector 62. We're just here to help with the usual health stuff.
