Mascot Overseas (P) Ltd.

Our place is located at 7/12, Site-4, in the Sahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town with lots of trucks moving in and out at all hours. Mascot Overseas (P) Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a good while now. The building is a bit older, with some character in the bricks and the heavy metal doors we use at the front. When you walk in, you’ll see piles of crates and packing materials waiting to be used. The air usually smells a bit like cardboard and dust. We have a small office area partitioned off with some glass that has seen its fair share of smudges. It’s not the most modern space, but it works for what we need to do every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the computer for updates on shipments. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and talk about the cricket scores. There are several other businesses on the same block, so there’s always someone passing by or a vendor selling snacks in the afternoon. We have a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a little, but we don't really notice it anymore. The workers here are mostly local guys who have been with us through thick and thin. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out on time without making a big fuss about it.
