Marti India is based in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. Our address is S-J-37. It’s a pretty standard office building in a residential and commercial mix area. We aren't one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, and we’ve been working out of this Ghaziabad location for several years now. The office is mostly filled with desks and a lot of old files that we really should probably sort through one day. We handle a lot of our project work and administrative tasks from here. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic near the main roads, but once we’re in the office, things are usually quite steady. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea throughout the day. We don't have a corporate vibe here. Most of us just wear casual clothes and talk like normal people. We focus on getting our work finished so we can go home to our families. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a report or talk to a client, but we try to keep a balance. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just do our jobs as best as we can. Shastri Nagar is a decent place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the local rhythm over time. It’s just where we happen to do our business and spend our days.
