M&G Polymers

M&G Polymers is out at Plot No- 7/42 in the Ajanta Industrial Compound in Mohan Nagar. We are quite close to the Hindon Airport, so we see planes taking off and landing throughout the day. The industrial compound is a busy place with a lot of trucks and workers moving around. Our facility is full of the smell of plastic and the sound of machines running. It is a bit loud and messy, but that is the nature of working with polymers. We have big stacks of raw materials and finished goods waiting to be shipped out. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure the production is going okay and that the machines are not acting up. It is not a desk job. We are usually wearing our overalls and carrying clipboards to check on the stock. The office is just a small partitioned space in the corner of the warehouse where we keep the phone and the main computer. It gets quite dusty, so we are always cleaning things off. We do not have any fancy corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to work and get things done. We have a small group of workers who know exactly what they are doing. It is a tough job sometimes, but we are used to the noise and the pace of the industrial compound.
