M&B Footwear Pvt. Ltd. has a place here at N-53 in Shalimar Garden. It is part of the Shalimar Housing Complex over in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Being located inside a housing complex means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It is quite a bit different from being in a standard industrial park or a big office building. We handle a lot of the footwear side of the business from this particular location. It is mostly just us with our desks and piles of boxes filled with stock. We try to keep things moving along as best as we can. The U.P. area around here is always bustling with people. We do not have a giant sign or anything too loud to announce ourselves. We are just tucked away in the complex doing our daily work. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it is a very local crowd. We talk about the weather and the local news while we get things done. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just have a job to do and we make sure it gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, but that is just part of living in Ghaziabad. We have gotten used to the little quirks of the building. It is a practical place to be and it serves us well. We do not need much more than that.
