Our shop is over on Railway Road in Bazaria, right at Shop No-1. It is a very busy part of Ghaziabad, especially being so close to the station. You can hear the trains sometimes if the wind is blowing the right way. We are near the Bank of Baroda, which makes it easy to explain to people who are looking for us for the first time. The space is small, but we fit what we need inside. There’s a lot of foot traffic outside our door every single day. People are always rushing to catch a train or coming back from work. We spend most of our time at the front counter checking schedules and making sure the bookings are in order. It gets dusty because of the main road, so we have to wipe down the desk every morning. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been in this spot for a while and know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We usually get tea from the stall down the street twice a day. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving. When someone walks in, they usually just want to know a price or a time, and we tell them what we know. It’s straightforward work without any extra fuss. We just try to stay organized among all the noise outside and get things done.
