Working out of Indirapuram Shopping Plaza keeps us on our toes. It is a busy spot near Shipra Mall, so there is always a car horn or someone shouting in the parking lot. Our shop, SPU-24, is tucked in there among all the other businesses. We spend our mornings opening up the shutters and checking the list of what arrived in the crates overnight. Shipra Suncity is a large area, so we see a lot of the same faces coming back. The plaza has its own rhythm, and we are just one small part of it. Some days are slower than others, especially when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. We keep a few stools for people to sit on if they have to wait a minute. It is nothing special to look at, just a standard pharmacy setup with glass counters and rows of medicine bottles. We do not go in for fancy displays or anything like that. We mostly focus on keeping the stock full because people get frustrated if they have to go elsewhere. The evening rush is usually when it gets chaotic with everyone coming back from work. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the billing machine acts up, which is a pain, but we manage. It is just a regular job in a busy part of town where everyone is always in a hurry.
