Luman Industries Limited

Luman Industries Limited is based out of Plot No. 26 in Sector 3 of the Sidcul Industrial Area in Pant Nagar. It’s a large industrial zone in the Rudrapur area of Uttarakhand. Working here means being surrounded by factories and large warehouses. Our plot is quite busy throughout the day. We are focused on industrial production, so there is always the hum of equipment and the movement of materials coming in and out. It’s not a fancy place by any means. It’s a functional factory site where we spend more time on our feet than sitting at a desk. The air in Pant Nagar can be a bit dusty because of all the construction and manufacturing around, but you get used to it. Inside, we have our production lines and a small office area for the administrative work. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look like a showroom. It’s a place for work. Most of the people here live nearby and have been with us for a while, so it’s a familiar group. We handle the manufacturing, check the quality of what we make, and load it onto the trucks. It’s a very hands-on environment. There isn't much time for long speeches or corporate meetings. We just make sure the machines are running and the quotas are met. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Sidcul.
