Our business, Lsr Real Estate Solutions Llp, is located in Flat No. 901 of Tower 3. We are part of the Emerald Garden complex at 7/102 in Swaroop Nagar. It’s a nice enough area to work in, and being up on the ninth floor gives us a bit of peace from the street noise. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it, which we like. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in the main rooms. Swaroop Nagar is a busy part of town, so having a base here in Emerald Garden is helpful. We deal with real estate issues all day. It’s a lot of meetings and looking over contracts. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small team trying to stay organized. The hallways of Tower 3 are usually quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the finer details of a deal. People usually find us by coming through the main gate and heading to the third tower. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights. It’s just a quiet place where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time on the computer or chatting with people who are looking for advice on local property. It’s a steady job and we try to do it as honestly as we can. We're just regular people working out of a flat in Kanpur. It gets the job done for us every day.
