Nivya Flooring System

We are based in Lohia Nagar, specifically in the Yellow Quarter area at P L 75/2 Colony. It’s very close to the Meerut Road Industrial Area, which makes sense for what we do. We deal with flooring systems. It’s dusty work, and our space reflects that. There are samples of different materials lying around everywhere. We have stacks of tiles and rolls of stuff leaning against the walls. It’s not a showroom where everything is polished and perfect. It’s more of a warehouse where we actually get things ready. We spend a lot of time out at job sites, so the office is often empty during the day. If you come by, you might just see the gate closed unless we’re loading a truck. We’ve been in this part of town for a good few years. The industrial area nearby is always loud, but we don't mind. We just focus on the floors we’re installing. Sometimes we have to explain to people that we aren't a retail shop, we just do the installations. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually dirty. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just take the jobs as they come through word of mouth or old contacts. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. The yellow buildings are easy to spot once you get into the colony.
