We’ve been here in the UPSIDC Industrial Area for quite a while now. Our place is tucked away at A-11-12 in Phase-II, right off that long Manssoorie Gulawathi Road. It gets pretty busy around here with trucks coming and going, but we like the pace. Being an organics company, we spend most of our days making sure everything is handled right. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a solid brick building where we get the work done. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just step outside and grab tea from the stall down the road. It’s a lot of manual work, moving bags and checking labels. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local routes well. Manssoorie isn't exactly a quiet spot, especially with all the industry around us, but it suits what we do. We mostly focus on our inventory and keeping the warehouse organized. It’s a bit dusty on the main road, but inside the gates, we keep things pretty tidy. Most days start early before it gets too hot. We don't really have big meetings; we just talk over things as they come up. If you're driving down from Gulawathi, you'll see our sign right after the turn. It's a simple operation, really, just a few of us making sure everything ships on time and the quality stays where it needs to be.
