We have been working out of Lane No.2 for quite some time now. If you are familiar with the Shyam Singh Vihar neighborhood, you probably know where the Summer Field Public School is located. We are situated right near there, not too far from the old Modi Cloth Mills. It is a busy little pocket of Modinagar, and we have seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. Our office isn’t anything fancy with glass walls or shiny signs. It is just a practical space where we handle all the land and building paperwork. Mostly, we spend our days meeting with people who are looking to figure out what to do with their plots or managing the projects we have going on. The morning traffic near the school can be a bit of a headache, but we like being right in the middle of things. We started this because we knew the local land better than most and figured we could make a living out of it. There is a lot of back and forth with maps and local permissions, which keeps us pretty busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, it is just one of us sitting at the desk. We just try to keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks at hand. It is honest, local work and we just take it one day at a time.
