We are located at B1 Rampuri in Surya Nagar. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which is nice because it’s not as noisy as the main streets. Our building is a bit older, but it serves us well for our pharmaceutical work. We have a lot of storage space and a couple of rooms for the office side of the business. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you come in, you’ll just see someone working at a desk or moving some boxes around. We have shelves everywhere filled with various products and files. We spend a lot of our time making sure all the batches are recorded properly and that everything is ready for delivery. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it has to be done right. The neighborhood has a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite local. We know the people at the nearby shops. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on our current clients and making sure they get what they need. The staff is small, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we have tea together outside when the weather isn't too hot. It’s a modest, practical operation. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the place is locked up tight at the end of the day.
