Our office, Ladder Of Growth It Services Private Limited, is up in 1923, Ferrera Tower. It’s part of Mahagun Mascot here in Ghaziabad. Being in a residential and commercial mix like this makes things interesting. You see a lot of people going about their lives while we’re busy with IT work. It’s not your typical cold office building. It feels a bit more like home, which we like. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Some days the elevators are slow, and we spend a few minutes chatting with neighbors. We handle IT services, but we don't use a lot of big words to describe it. We just help people with their tech stuff and try to make sure everything works like it’s supposed to. Our team is small and we know each other well. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or anything. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and Mahagun Mascot is a big landmark, so it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work from our little corner of the tower. It keeps us busy and we enjoy the rhythm of the day-to-day tasks. That’s really all there is to it. We just show up and keep things moving as best as we can.
