Kulfi

Kulfi is the name of our place, and we are located at 238, Vardhman Diamond Plaza on DB Gupta Road in Paharganj. If you know Paharganj, you know it’s one of the most crowded and chaotic parts of the city. Our shop is inside the plaza, which gives it a little bit of a break from the main street noise, but not much. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by the cooling units and the counter. We don't have much room for people to sit, so most customers stand around outside or take their kulfi with them while they walk. The plaza itself has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always a mix of tourists and locals passing by. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners know us well. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big banners. People usually find us because they are looking for a cold snack while wandering through the market. The lights in the plaza are a bit dim sometimes, but we keep our corner bright. It’s a simple operation, really. We open up in the morning and stay until the foot traffic dies down late at night. DB Gupta Road is always a mess of rickshaws and people, and we are right in the middle of it all. We don't have much else to say except that we're open most days of the week. That is just how we run things.
