Our factory is at A 2/35 in the Kavinagar Industrial Area. It’s a place where things are always moving. The smell of heated plastic is something you get used to after working here for a few days. We have these big machines that take up most of the floor space, and they run for long hours. Usually, there are bags of raw polymer beads stacked near the entrance waiting to be used. The floor is often covered in little scraps of plastic that we have to sweep up at the end of every shift. It gets quite hot inside, especially during the summer months, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. Most of the guys here have been working with these machines for years and know exactly how to fix them when they act up. We don't have a polished lobby or anything like that. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes near the production line. There’s a small desk in the corner where we keep the logs and take calls. Sometimes the trucks coming to pick up the finished goods get stuck in the narrow roads of the industrial area. It’s just a normal part of the day for us. We just keep the machines going and make sure the orders are ready for the morning pickup.
