We’re set up at C 240 in Brij Vihar, which is part of Surya Nagar in Ghaziabad. It’s right on the edge of the city, making it a decent spot for our Khd Humboldt Wedag India Pvt Ltd office. The building is a standard house-style office, nothing too grand. We’ve got our maps and charts pinned to the walls and a couple of old cabinets for all the project files. It gets a bit noisy when the school bus passes by in the afternoon, but otherwise, it's a pretty good place to think and work. We don't go in for those modern open-office layouts; we just have our separate rooms where we focus. The team here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We aren't about big corporate promises or anything like that. We just look at the technical specs and make sure things are built right. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing back and forth with clients. We like it here in 201011 because it's away from the absolute chaos of the main city center. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we can just get on with the job without any distractions or fancy corporate expectations.
