Karakhil Creations

We are located in Kaushambi, specifically at Jaipuria Enclave. It’s a ground floor unit, number 7, which makes it easy for us because we don’t have to deal with elevators when we’re moving stuff in and out of the office. Karakhil Creations is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a small space, and we’ve definitely outgrown it a bit lately, but we make it work. There’s a small patch of grass outside the window, which is nice to look at when you’ve been staring at a computer screen for too long. We have a couple of tables pushed together and cables running all over the place. It’s a bit of a mess, to be honest. Someone is always losing their stapler or looking for a pen that actually works. We do a lot of designing and planning here. It’s not the kind of place where customers walk in off the street very often, so we usually just wear whatever is comfortable. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a clicking sound when it’s on, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner twice a day. It’s just a few of us here, trying to stay organized and get our projects done on time. It’s not a high-pressure office, but we stay busy enough. Living and working in this part of town has its ups and downs, but it is home for us.
