Kalavati Memorial Clinic

We are over at Shop no-465, near the Anukampa Apartment in Naya Khand -1, Indirapuram. It’s a small shop-front clinic, nothing too grand. Most of our days are spent seeing people from the surrounding apartments who just need a bit of help with their health. Indirapuram is a crowded place, and we’re right in the middle of it. The clinic stays pretty busy, especially in the evenings when people are back from work. We have been here for a bit now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change. It’s just a small team of us working here. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and people have to stand outside for a minute, but we try to move as fast as we can without rushing the actual checkups. We don't use any fancy medical jargon if we can help it. We just talk to people like neighbors. There’s a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but we keep the inside as clean as possible. It’s a practical setup. We handle the basic stuff that comes our way. Some days it feels like we’re just doing the same things over and over, but that’s how a clinic works. People come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we do what we can to help. It’s a simple life here in Naya Khand. We aren't trying to be a big hospital, just a reliable clinic for the people living nearby who need a doctor.
