Down on Railway Road in Hapur, right in Modi Bhawan, you’ll find us at Jyoti Surgicals. It’s a busy street, especially with the trains nearby and everyone rushing around. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the faces that pass by our door. Selling surgical items means we talk to a lot of different people, from hospital folks to families just looking for something specific they need at home. Our space isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. Boxes are usually stacked up, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact thing someone is looking for, but we get there. It’s honest work. We open early because that’s when the road starts getting noisy. Dealing with surgical supplies requires being careful, so we try to keep things orderly even when it gets hectic. Hapur is a good place for a business like this because everyone knows everyone. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to make sure the inventory is stocked and the customers get what they came for without any trouble. Sometimes the traffic on Railway Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned to work around it. Just a regular bunch of people working out of Modi Bhawan, doing our bit every day. We don't worry about the small stuff too much, we just focus on the task at hand.
