Our place is at No. 295 on the first floor in the FIE Patparganj Industrial Area. If you know Patparganj, you know it is a hub for all sorts of small and medium businesses. We focus on heart health, which involves managing various health-related products and information. The office is situated in a typical industrial building, so the hallways are wide and sometimes a bit noisy with the sounds of other businesses nearby. We have a main area where we keep our supplies and a smaller section for the desks. Every day starts with checking the orders and seeing what needs to be dispatched. Since we are on the first floor, we have to carry things up and down the stairs quite a bit, which keeps us active. The industrial area can be very crowded with trucks and delivery vans, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get our logistics sorted early in the morning. We are just a group of people trying to provide things that help with heart health. There is nothing fancy about our office; it is just a workplace where we focus on the task at hand. We have some basic furniture and a lot of filing cabinets. It gets the job done and keeps us close to the heart of the city's distribution network. We make sure everything is packed correctly before it goes out the door to the customers who need them. It's busy work.
