There is a constant sound of horns and engines from the street right outside our door. Our office at 121 is a simple building that has been here for years. We do not have any fancy marble floors or expensive lighting. It is just a regular workspace with some metal cabinets and wooden tables. We spend our days dealing with various stones and jewelry items. The air is often a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the display cases. We don't really do any advertisements or have a big flashy sign. People who need us usually know exactly where 121 is. We have a small back room where we keep a stove to make tea and eat our lunch. The team is just a few local people who have worked together for a long time. We don't have a corporate structure or any fancy titles. We just get the work done and talk to the people who walk in. It is a very practical way to run a business in a city like Ghaziabad. We stay open until the sun goes down and then we head home like everyone else. It is just a normal, busy life for us here.
