Javil Khan Fish Shop

Javil Khan Fish Shop is located in Kadkad Village, right near Ramlila Park on the Delhi Press Mohan Nagar Road. It is a very active area, especially in the evenings when people are heading home and looking for something for dinner. Selling fish is not a clean or easy job, but it is what we do every single day. We are right there on the main road, so it is easy to find us, though the traffic can be quite bad at times. Our shop is simple, with just the basic setup needed to keep the fish fresh. We use a lot of ice, so there is usually some water on the floor, and the air always has that distinct smell of the sea. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive lighting. It is just a regular shop where you get what you see. We talk to our customers about the different kinds of fish we have that day and how they might want to cook them. It feels good to be part of the Kadkad Village community. Many of the people who come in have been our customers for a long time. We aren't trying to be a big supermarket chain. We are just a local fish shop on Mohan Nagar Road, doing our best to provide for the neighborhood and making a living while we are at it.
