Our office is situated way up on the 10th floor of the Olive County building in Sector-5, Ghaziabad. It is quite a different environment from a farm, being in a tall building with elevators and all. We deal with various oils and other agro products. It involves a lot of coordination between the people growing the seeds in the country and the companies that buy the finished oil. Ghaziabad is a city that is always moving very fast, and we do our best to keep up with it. We are not a huge team, just a few of us working in a small room with some phones and old laptops. It gets a bit cramped in here sometimes when we have people visiting to talk about business. We spend almost the whole day on the phone or checking through our emails. It is a lot of hard work making sure that every shipment gets sent out on time. The traffic in this part of the country is a total nightmare, so the logistics side is usually our biggest headache of the week. We do not have a fancy lobby with a receptionist to greet you. If you come by to see us, you will probably just see us sitting there working through a big pile of invoices and shipping papers. We just buy and sell what is needed and try to keep things moving along smoothly.
