The clinic is located at 11/179/7 in Rajnagar. If you are looking for us, you have to go down to the basement level of City Plaza. It’s a bit of a trek down the stairs, and the air is always a little cooler once you get below ground level. We’ve been in this basement space for quite some time now. It’s not a huge clinic, but we’ve managed to fit in a small waiting area and the consultation room without it feeling too cramped. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few charts. We spend our days seeing people from all over Raj Nagar who come in with various complaints. The basement doesn't have windows, so we rely on the overhead tubes, which sometimes flicker if the building’s generator is acting up. There’s always a faint smell of disinfectant in the air, which I suppose is normal for a doctor’s office. We keep a stack of old magazines on the table for people waiting, though most folks just look at their phones these days. It’s a straightforward practice. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just write things down in our register and see patients one by one. Being in City Plaza means we have plenty of shops around us, so it’s easy to grab a tea during a break. It’s a quiet, underground spot where we just focus on the people who walk through the door.
