J3S Consultancy Services (Opc) Private Limited is up on the 7th floor of the Assotech The Nest building. We are in unit D-075, right in the middle of Crossings Republik. Being on the 7th floor, we get to see a lot of what’s happening in the neighborhood, even if it’s just looking at the rooftops and the traffic below. The office itself is pretty small because we don't need much space for what we do. It’s an OPC, so it’s a very tight operation without a lot of extra people running around. We spend our days handling consultancy work, mostly sorting through documents and talking to clients on the phone. Crossings Republik is a busy place, and the building reflects that. There are always people coming and going. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the lift, which can be annoying when you’re in a hurry. We don't have any flashy signs or a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. We have a small area for making tea and coffee, which gets used a lot during the long afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Noida; we just want to do our work and go home. It’s a practical setup and it works well for us. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home.
