J P Associates

We are located at number 26 in Windsor Park, right on Windsor Street in Indirapuram. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk. J P Associates has been in this spot for some time now. Our office isn't very large, but it is enough for what we do. We have some files, a few chairs, and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. It gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we are always cleaning the glass. People stop by after finishing their shopping or while they are heading home. We talk about property prices, who is moving where, and what the new rules are for the societies around here. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We don't really do much advertising because the street itself brings enough people through the door. Sometimes we just sit and watch the crowds go by on Windsor Street while we wait for the next person to come in. It is a good place to be if you want to know what is happening in Indirapuram. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to get the work done and go home at the end of the day like everyone else. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
