Inup India Private Limited is situated over at B-92, Smg Main in Ghaziabad. Our postcode is 201005, and we’ve been in this spot for a good bit now. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s just a regular room with computers and a lot of charging cables running everywhere. We mostly focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of the workload. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and our street is no exception. There’s usually some noise from the traffic outside, but we just turn up the fan and keep going with whatever is on our screens. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of us wear casual clothes and just drink coffee while we work. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do take our responsibilities seriously. If someone asks what we do, we just say we’re a private limited company handling our business. We don’t need a mission statement to tell us how to work. We just show up at B-92 every morning and do what needs doing. Sometimes we stay late, sometimes we leave early if the work is finished. It’s a flexible, human way of running things. We like being part of the local community here in UP. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make a go of it. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
