Sky Herbal Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd. is found in the Tronica City Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. E-62 in Sector A-5/6. If you have ever been to Tronica City, you know it is a place built for work. There are factories and warehouses everywhere you look, and our plot is right in the mix of it all. The building is a functional industrial space with large doors for loading and unloading. It isn't a place for window shopping; it’s a place where things are made and moved. Inside, the floors are concrete and the lighting is bright and overhead. We have a small office area partitioned off from the main floor where the computers and files are kept. The sound of machinery or nearby construction is pretty constant during the day, so it’s never really quiet here. We all wear comfortable shoes because there is a lot of standing and walking around the plot. In the mornings, the gate is opened early and the first thing we do is check the schedule for the day. There is a small canteen nearby where we grab tea, and the talk is usually about the commute or the weather. We don’t have any polished marketing materials lying around the office. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure the day's work gets finished before the evening shift takes over. It's a busy environment but we've got a good rhythm going that keeps us productive until we head home.
