Our office is located at House No. 2 in Shanker Vihar Phase -2, Ghaziabad. It’s right in the thick of things in Uttar Pradesh. The area has changed a lot since we first set up Indian Technomac Co. Ltd here. It used to be much quieter, but now there are new buildings going up all the time. Our house is a bit of a landmark for people who come to visit because it’s been here quite a while. We use the ground floor mostly for the business stuff. It’s filled with papers, some technical gear, and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking away. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and being in Phase 2 means we are close to a lot of other small businesses. We see the same people every day, which gives the place a nice community feel. The roads can get a bit muddy when it rains, and the power goes out more than we’d like, but we’ve learned to work around it. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk or on the phone. We handle everything ourselves. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive marketing. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure we stay on top of our daily tasks in the office without making things too complicated.
