Icici Lombard General Insurance Company

We are located at Flat No G 4, on Plot No 789 in Shalimar Garden Ext 1, Sahibabad. It is a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. The office is where we do all the work for Icici Lombard General Insurance Company. It is not a very fancy place, just a basic flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paper everywhere. Shalimar Garden is a busy residential area, so we see a lot of people from the neighborhood. We mostly help them with their car insurance or health policies. It’s a lot of data entry and explaining things simply. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks and making sure the files are in order. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it clean. We have a routine that we follow every day. It’s about being here and being available when someone has a question about their insurance. We don't use any polished language or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a regular local office in Sahibabad where we get the job done. We’ve been in this G 4 flat for some time now and it suits us just fine.
