Hul

So we are based in Ghaziabad at house number 73 in Koatgaon. It is right near the railway crossing, so if you are coming over to visit Hul, you usually end up waiting for the gate to open while a train passes by. It gets a bit noisy with the horns and all the bikes idling there, but you get used to it after a week or two. The office is just a simple place. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Inside, it's just desks and some files piled up in the corner. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need to do. Most of the staff here live nearby so they just walk or take a rickshaw. In the summer, it gets really hot in Ghaziabad, and the small AC unit we have struggles to keep up, but we manage. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where we go for breaks. The owner there knows exactly how much sugar everyone likes and he always has fresh biscuits. We handle our daily work without much drama. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit around talking about the cricket score or the weather until it starts working again. It’s a very local way of doing things, I guess. Nothing like those big shiny offices you see in the movies, just a regular group of people working at Koatgaon near the crossing.
