This business runs out of House No 273 in Guldhar 2. It isn't a corporate park or a high-rise office building, just a regular house where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. Houston Management Systems sounds a bit big, but we are just a small group of people working on management processes. We spend a lot of time looking at how things are organized. It can be a bit dry, honestly, but it’s important for keeping things running. We moved into this spot in Guldhar 2 because it was quiet and we could actually focus. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello, which is nice. We aren't the type of company that wears ties every day. We usually just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone, trying to sort out systems for folks who are having trouble keeping track of things. It’s a lot of logic and checking details. We’ve had some long nights here when a project is due, drinking way too much coffee. But we like the independence of having our own place. Being a private limited company makes it official, but at the end of the day, it is just us in this house making sure the work gets done right for the people who trust us. It is simple but it works for us.
