Hospice Medical Equipments is located in Tower 11, GH 7, over in Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad. It’s a large complex, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. We handle medical gear, things like monitors and hospital beds that take up a lot of room. Our storage space is often packed to the ceiling. We have to use a rolling ladder to get to the boxes on the top shelves. It’s a bit of a workout. Ghaziabad can be quite a hectic place with all the traffic, but once you’re inside the Republik area, it settles down a bit. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. It’s just us answering the phones and filling out the shipping labels by hand. Sometimes we lose a pen or two in the mess of papers on the desk. We try to stay organized, but when three trucks show up at once, it gets a bit chaotic. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve learned which suppliers are reliable and which ones aren't. We don’t make a big deal out of what we do. It’s just a job that involves a lot of lifting and paperwork. We’re usually here from early morning until the last order is packed up and ready to go. The security guards at the gate know us by name now.
