You can find us in the basement of Shipra Reveira Tower, Shop No-32. We are located in Gyan Khand-3 in Indrapuram. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the Ghaziabad summers. It’s not the easiest place to spot from the main road, so we tell people to look for the tower first. Once you come down the stairs, we are right there. The lighting is artificial since we don’t get much natural sun down here, but we’ve made it comfortable with some bright bulbs. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with rows and rows of those tiny homeopathic vials. We have a small bench for people to wait on. It’s usually quiet, except for the sound of people walking on the floors above us. We get a lot of families from the surrounding apartment complexes. Most of them have been coming to us since they moved into the area years ago. We keep our records in big ledgers, writing everything down by hand. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us and we like it that way. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening to make sure people can stop by after their office hours. It’s just a small, humble clinic in the corner of a big building, but we’ve been here a long time and know most of the people who walk through that door every day.
