Hindustan Workforce Solution India is based in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. Our office is 308A in Ansal Shivam Tower. It’s a well-known building, especially since it’s near Mahalaxmi Mall. We’ve been here for quite some years. We handle staffing and manpower solutions, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people. Our office is often crowded with files and paperwork. It’s not the biggest space, but we make it work. We have a few desks and a lot of chairs for people who come in for interviews. Raj Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We can see the mall from some of our windows. The building itself is busy too, and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge sometimes. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a local business helping people find work and helping companies find the right staff. My colleagues and I have a good routine going. We start early and usually stay until the work is done. It’s a lot of phone calls and data entry. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without any fuss. It’s an honest, everyday kind of office where we focus on real results for the people who visit us.
