You can find us at C-173 on Bulandshahar Road, right in the middle of the industrial area. It is easy to miss the gate if you aren't looking for it because of all the trucks parked along the road. Inside, the sound of the hammers is the first thing you notice. It’s a rhythmic thumping that you eventually stop hearing after a few years of working here. We do a lot of heavy lifting and the air smells like hot oil and iron most of the time. It is a bit of a gritty place, honestly. We have been working out of this spot for years, and the building shows its age a bit with the grease stains and the worn-out stairs. The guys on the floor have been doing this a long time, so they don’t need much direction anymore. We just get the steel in, heat it up, and beat it into shape. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes through, but we try to wrap things up so everyone can get home. The break room is just a small table and a few chairs where we drink tea. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the metal and the machines. It’s basic, hard work, and that is how we like it.
