Our office is over on the second floor of the C-12 building in Ghaziabad. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a bit now. We spend most of our time helping people figure out where they want to go for their holidays. It’s mostly desks and papers and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing during the busy season. We aren't a huge corporation with a fancy lobby, just a small group of us sitting in this room trying to get things organized. People come by to talk about their trips or just to drop off some documents. It gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once. Ghaziabad can be pretty hectic, so we try to keep things calm inside the office. We deal with a lot of different holiday spots, mostly just making sure the bookings are actually there when people arrive. Sometimes there are mix-ups, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the job. It isn't glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We like seeing people come back with photos or just stories about their time away. It makes the long hours at the desk feel like they matter a bit more. We’ve got our routine down now, and it works for us. Just a local business doing what we know in our own way.
