Havells India Ltd

If you head over to Shalimar Garden Extension II in Sahibabad, you will find Havells India Ltd at G-2 in the A-78 building. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling area compared to the big glass towers in other parts of the city. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except when school lets out or during the festive seasons. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to step in and out. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for what we need to do. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to fill the silence while we work. There is a small shop nearby where we grab biscuits and snacks during the afternoon slump. Working in Ghaziabad means dealing with the heat and the power cuts every now and then, so we just work around it. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and pens that don't always work. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just us in here, handling the logistics and keeping track of everything. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, though it piles up fast. It is a basic, honest workspace where we try to stay productive until it’s time to lock up and head home.
