Havells India Ltd

Our place is in Ghaziabad, specifically at C-105 in Lohiya Nagar. It’s a standard sort of office for Havells India Ltd in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The 201001 area is quite busy, and our building is right in the middle of it all. Inside, the space is pretty much what you’d expect from a local branch. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area for meetings that don't happen too often. We’re more about the daily grind here. The street outside can get quite dusty, especially in the summer, so we spend a fair bit of time keeping the place clean. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local area. We don't have any flashy signs or professional decorators. It’s just a functional space where we handle the logistical side of things. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It’s a steady pace, not too fast but never really slow either. We’ve got a routine down that seems to work for everyone. Lunch is usually a shared affair where we talk about everything except work for a few minutes. It’s an honest, no-nonsense office. We just do what we’re supposed to do and try to keep things running smoothly without making a fuss. The team here just focuses on the daily tasks without any complications.
