It’s a typical Ghaziabad neighborhood, lots of activity and stuff going on all the time. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few printers that jam more often than they should, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't the type of company that has a social media manager or a fancy kitchen for the staff. We usually just bring our lunch from home and eat while we talk about what needs to get finished by Friday. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of different consultancy tasks, and every day seems to bring a different kind of problem to solve. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that's just part of working here. We know our regulars by name, and they know us. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just a group of people trying to do a good job so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. It’s a simple way to live, and it keeps things honest. We're just glad to be working in a community we know well.
