Up here in Vasundhara, we’ve got our setup at 5/1136 in the Mohan Maekin society. It’s a bit of a quiet residential feel around here, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on biotech work. We aren't a massive factory or anything like that, just a dedicated team working out of this space. The office gets a bit cluttered with samples and files, but we know where everything is. Most mornings start with someone making a big pot of tea and then we just dive into whatever the day throws at us. Being in a society like Mohan Maekin means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. Gralit India isn't about flashy signs or expensive lobby furniture. We look at the results we get in the lab and try to make sure everything is accurate without any fuss. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we usually manage to pull through by helping each other out. It’s not a perfect office, maybe the paint is peeling a little in the corner, but it’s ours and it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down, do the science part the way it needs to be done, and then go home.
